Somatic movement, practical stress-release tools, and targeted physical coaching for women who are exhausted from carrying it all and ready to feel strong, loose, and clear again.

You've been the strong one for so long, you've forgotten what it feels like to simply be yourself.

What if the part of you that feels too much is actually the part that holds your power?

Wild Self Collective is where women stop performing strength and start inhabiting their truth — through somatic healing, movement, breathwork, and the kind of deep inner work that actually reaches the places talking never could.

This is for you if: You're tired of being the one who holds it all together. You're ready to stop carrying everyone else's emotions while quietly numbing your own. And somewhere beneath the exhaustion, you know there's a version of you that is softer, wilder, and more alive than the one the world has been getting.

Your wildness isn't something to fix. It's something to remember.

The Woman Behind the Work

My journey from quietly exhausted to genuinely embodied became the foundation for everything I do. As a certified SAH (Somatic Activated Healing) Method teacher and ISSA certified personal trainer, I guide women back to themselves — through somatic healing, breathwork, movement, and the kind of honest inner work that actually reaches the places talking never could.

Your softness was never the problem. It was always the power
